This year, we’re opening a new chapter on the Estate, offering lamb boxes for sale from our own flock.
Our lambs live happily grazing slowly on our ancient water meadows in East Suffolk, feeding solely on grass and wild pasture.
Raised with care for both land and animal, the result is richly flavoured, tender lamb, delivering simple, honest food that reflects the landscape it comes from.

Our lamb spends its life slowly grazing natural pastures along the riverside meadows, developing flavour naturally with no intensive systems. This enables us to deliver lamb that is

Each lamb box is prepared by a trusted local butcher, vacuum packed and then frozen making it easy to store, cook, and enjoy at home.
We are currently preparing for our first release of lamb boxes in early 2026 and are now gathering interest.
